At Lyrism, every song is created specifically for each customer based on the story they provide.
Due to the personalized nature of our service, the following refund policy applies.
1. Nature of Service
Lyrism provides digitally generated personalized songs created using creative storytelling and advanced music generation technology.
Because each song is generated uniquely for a specific customer, the service is considered a custom digital product.
2. No Refunds After Production Begins
Once the customer submits the story form and production begins, refunds are not available.
3. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we offer revisions according to your selected plan.
Basic Plan: 1 revision
Premium Plan: up to 3 revisions
Our goal is to ensure that you receive a final product that you are satisfied with.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before the story form is submitted and before production begins.
5. Technical Issues
If the service cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our side, we may either:
Redeliver the product, or
Provide a full refund if the service cannot be completed.
